Paid up but still not cleared
I had a Home Choice Account that was handed over to MBD and i settled the account in Aug 2018, i requested a paid up letter which i was given but 5 months later the same debt still shows on my ITC as outstanding and i have made numerous calls to the company regarding updating my ITC but it seems my requests are just falling into dead ears
