Paid up but still being harassed
We logged a query with Ombudsman and we received email that account was paid up. Received a paid up letter in November 2017 as per Andrew Majavu.
Since March 2018 have been receiving calls and messages that we need to make an urgent payment.
Please can your details be updated. We have a letter which was emailed but no one seem to update the account.
