PAID UP ACCOUNT STILL NOT CLOSED!
You guys are the worst ever!!!! My husband settled his account on the 14th of February 2020 till today you guys have not closed his account, we have requested a paid up letter so many times we ended up going to your offices.
We were told that the letter has been sent to the credit bereau and guess what? LIES LIES LIES!!!!!!!! Your work ethic is appalling, so quick to call and collect yet cannot close an account when you receive the money
