Paid Up ACccount
<p>I cotnacted MBD and requested a settlement amount on my RCS account and after negotiating and having received wirrten confirmation of an amount of R 3500.00 on 25 January 2017, which was paid in full on 30 January 2017 and email confirmation was sent to MDB.</p> <p> </p> <p>Despite settling the account, the credit bureaus havent been updated, i am still getting calls and sms statign that i owe about R 1300.00 to MBD for the RCS account.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent numerous emails and tried more than 10 times to call MBD today to no avail.</p>
