PAID MBD - But NO Paid Up Letter received - Ignores my emails.

After MBD harassed me on a daily basis to make payment to them for a Vodacom Account that was *****ulent, I eventually paid MBD for the outstanding Vodacom Amount, after Proof Of Payment was sent to the below mentioned email addresses ( 4 Times) they still refuse to provide me with a Paid Up Letter in order for me to sent to My Credit Score so that my credit rating is no loner negatively affected.

MBD Simply refuses to respond to my mails, yet they have Taken my money.
