Overcharged by MBD

I have been overcharged by MBD on my Identity account. I knew that I'm overcharged they bill collection fee 5 times if not 9 times in one month. That is why my debt is not decreasing. March 2023 I paid R870.00 on 09/03 they charged collection of R 24.15 again of R3.45 same date. 10/03 charged R3.45, 11/03 _ R 3.45 again R3.45 same date, 13/03 R 100.05, 14/03 charged R 14.15 ,15/03 charged R18.11 on 31/03 charged R 24.15 making total of R204.71 for March 2023. It continues again in other months. Unfortunately hellopeter did not provide option to attach documents I was gonna share my statement to show that collection fee was charged several times in one month.
