Over Charged
I had a 6 months Rosebank College payment arrangement, MBD has been dragging it for about 8 months now. I was supposed to receive a paid up letter if February because according to your consultant and myself, February was my last payment. However I'm told I still owe. MBD I don't owe you anything, you've been debiting for more than 6 months now. You keep debiting money i don't have. Please fix this.
