Over Billing of my account

I was handed over by Neotel to MBD for a payment of R4024.42 last year.<br> I started paying MBD R500 a month on this account.<br> My debit order lapsed in December.<br> In January I requested a statement as I thought that I owed them a small amount and could pay it by EFT.<br> <br> Today 2/3/2016 I receive a reconciliation letter with ridiculous amounts added and yet my bill with Neotel is still sitting at R4164.08. After I paid R3500 last year and didn't use the phone at all.<br> <br> Furthermore I received a reconciliation statement of me owing Neotel R9551.47.<br> <br>
