Out for peoples money

<p>I had an account with foschini which was later fowarded to mbd because i lost my job and couldn't pay. So i called mbd to make arrangements to settle the account, the sent me an sms of the amount owed. I payed the whole amount the same day but now im told theres R547 in arrears on the account while the already sent me settlement letter. I called to find out how its possible they keep saying they will call me back. </p>
