Ongoing harrashment calls

I am BEYOND FED UP WITH THIS PLACE.

A PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT WAS MADE OUT OF MY OWN ON MONDAY STILL I GET CALLS FROM THE COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT. When I email to complain they say the account is on special arrangement for no and that they did not call me but the freakin calls clearly says MBD COLLECTIONS!

WHEN I ANSWER THE CALL THE AGENTS SAYS HELLO AND HANGS UP THE PHONE!!!!!
