ongoing harassment over cleared debt

I have paid off any debt I had with GEMS after belonging to GEMS for only 4 months in early 2016. I even paid an amount I believe I didn't owe, to try and get MBD off my case. It took me 6 months to pay the amount off as I was unemployed at the time. AT THE END OF IT THEY SIMPLY CONTINUED TO HARASS ME.

It has now been a year since I paid my final installment and throughout 2017 I have been harassed by MBD every single week. I have sent them my bank deposit slips and done everything in my power to get these people behave like rational human beings. Their ethos and inefficiency are beyond pathetic.

Well the problem is continuing. You asked me to send all my bank evidence yet again, and I did. I also sent the correspondence I received from GEMS, saying I don't owe what you're trying to make me pay. You didn't bother to acknowledge receipt. And I'm still getting your ****ty little messages. I will post here every time you send me a ****ty little message. Your company is truly pathetic.
