Once again disgusting service from MBD Attorneys

This is the 2nd time I am having to go onto Hellopeter for the exact same issue. Originally on the 30 September 2019 I received an email from Flora Mohale to state that my MTN account is settled. I then received a creditscore report to find that they have listed me as a default. On the 2nd of October 2020 I emailed Flora regarding this situation. On the 8th of October 2020 I emailed Flora regarding this situation - as you can see I have had no response hence the continued emails. I dont even get acknowledgement from her that she will come back to me, just nothing. They very quick to phone and email when they want payment, but cannot respond when they have placed you on credit bureau and it is your legal right to be removed as the account is settled. It is not my responsibility to keep having to contact the Attorneys who placed me on credit bureau to remove me. Please could I be contacted via email.
