OMF
I am very disappointed with this company after years of harassment by them, I finally paid their amount in full and now they can not remove my name from ITC or judgement and now they are running away from me and I'm stuck with the judgement in my name while I have settled the Old Mutual Account that they have been harassing me about. Can someone assist?

17 Aug 2020, 12:54 I'm writing this with a very heavy heart and disappointment once again. Last week I wrote a review regarding MBD Attorney with OMF account.
A couple of minutes from that review the MBD Attorney's responded here saying they will look at the matter. That was a BIG FAT LAIR, they have not looked at the matter they do not care about this matter cause they have already got what they wanted which was the money that was owed to their client OMF.
Mr Donald Msiza who is the employee of this MBD company made a promise that by today the JUDGEMENT and my status will be updated. To tell the truth I have spoken to credit bureau since Friday and this morning the status has not been updated they have not received any documents from cruel MBD Attorney's.
For the JUDGEMENT to be removed or updated the paid-up letter suppose to have the case number which MBD failed to provide the case number for their JUDGEMENT. When I look at my credit report I can see the case number that credit bureau is referring too but cruel MBD Attorney's decision not to put that case number, now meaning even if they sent documents to the Bureau it only the account with OMF will be updated not the JUDGEMENT.
This morning I called MBD and I spoke to a lady by the name of Thabile Magoki who promised that she will ask Donald to call me but that has not happened. I have also called the MBD Head office I spoke to Lebo also she said she will put me through her manager but the phone kept on ringing.
This MDB Company is very cruel and they have no idea what this is doing to me as a person and in my things. For them it Christmas. I WISH THE CEO or founder or top management of this company to call me and explain to me why they are so cruel, they have all my contact details from mobile number email and even my work number.
I do not want to speak to junior staff like Desdomonie Lottering who is the legal Support Officer who told me if I want the updates to happen I must higher service of a Legal advisor.
Due to this cruel MBD Attorney's company, I have missed very crucial opportunities to better my life during these difficult times and they will never never be able to repay me for the opportunities I have lost.
I hope they will call me now and rectify this situation today and they must not come up with the excuse that they working from home cause all of us we are working from home and the time they were harassing me for the payment I am sure they were working from home.
