Old mutual account, received an sms after over 5 years telling me i qualify for a 60% discount after trying to make arrangements numerous times

So today i receive an sms after over 5 years telling me i qualify for a 60% discount after trying to make arrangements numerous times, i phone the call centre at MBD and a lady by the name Queen helps me, i explain to her my whole story very nicely, i could not afford to pay my old Mutual a few years ago, so i had made arrangements including a man that came to my workplace for me to sign a form for a debit to go off my account which never happened, i made numerous calls trying to make arrangements to pay this starting from about 2 years ago and was always transferred or told my account could not be found, i even sent an email. Well according to "Queen" my account is now there, and i only tried once which was last year , my main problem here is interest was added on this account for the past 5 years which is now sitting at 90k, she says i should make arrangements which i cannot just do with knowing i tried making the arrangements but was never met halfway, she said that the system shows that i had reversed the debit orders and that i have made numerous promises so please provide me with all the proof of that, i then said to her i will take it further and she responds whatever makes me happy, i was not rude to her i spoke nicely and expect the same treatment, i was even asked who am i blaming for this? Please also pull out the call i made today and listen to the attitude i was given, and i hope to receive a sensible response to this
