Not understanding and not helpful at all

<p>I am trying my best I tell the agents who call me I would like to make a payment arrangement as I know I own money but that's not enough they want to tell me what I should pay were should I get money now what the **** must I do if I tell them that I'm unemployed ? ? ? I'm trying to make a monthly payment arrangements but apparently that's not enough for them . You ppl should understand if someone can't afford to pay the whole amount I I have to bright to you know I have outer accounts that I talked to tey understand my problem and did give me a suitable payment arrangement I am trying to pay what I own but the arrangements your agent when r giving I can't afford it and no one what's to understand </p>
