Not satisfied with the service!
My account was handed over to MBD I've been given the run around for a settlement letter, when I finally got it I settled and now I am requesting a paid up letter and I'm still being sent from pillar to post, I don't understand they can call you on a daily basis but when you want to settle they drag their feet and when you do settle and request for a paid up letter they still drag their feet.
