Not receiving monthly statements

I had it with MBD Attorney's. I had asked numerous times for statements on my Woolworths Account, Woolworths Credit Card and RCS Account.

I sent various e-mails asking for a statement on my account as I have no clue on what is going on with this account. They never send any statements and they don't give me a breakdown of what has been paid and how much they took for their services.

When my account was handed over for Truworths, the attorneys handling the account send me a statement every month and my account was paid in full with no hassles. I will not make another payment before I don't know what is going on.

I am allowed to receive this information as the National Council for Debt Collectors state this in their policy.
