Not pleased client

I am not pleased with these people I paid my truworths account along time ago and closed it but now I receive mails that I owe money which I don't know,, I later called them and asked for a settlement letter and I did send a receipt showing I'm not owing anything but still I'm threats that my account is being sent to over to attorneys
