Not happy

MBD consultants are Rude, there one black guy who is unprofessional and very rude. Doesn’t know how to talk to people. I hope the manager reads this and contacts me personally Because I can’t get through to her/him. It keep taking me back to this guy. Unless he’s the owner then FNB has to make a plan with a different collection company.
