Not ethic

Good day,

I am owing my vodacom account and last week when I called in to find out how much I am owing vodacom said I should call MBD Attorneys.

I spoke to a Male consultant by the name of Sentsile or Zenzile whom gave me the figure I was owing telephonically. He then advised that he will give me 30% discount if I settle my account with a month.

I told him I can only be able to settle the amount in two different payments which I will pay R1000 on the 2st of Nov 2019 and the remaining on the 30th Nov 2019 which I believe is still within 1 month.

I paid the R1000 and when I called in to find out if they have received my payment the lady by the name of Refilwe said yes.but she kept asking y why I ddnt pay the whole amount then I explained that I made an arrangement with Sentsile/Zenzile.

Today I received a call from another consultant at MBD saying that I should have paid my account in full and I said t her she must check under my account if the person who was assisting me made notes regarding our aggrement. and now I am owing more than what I know.

I HAVE ASKED FOR AN UPDATED STATEMENT AND STILL IK DONT GET ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I JUST HATE THE WAY THEY OPERATE AND I DONT UNDERSTAND Y THE CONSULTANT MAKE AN ARRANGEMENT WITH US CUSTOMERS AND END UP NOT FULFILLING.

IF THIS MATTER IS NOT TAKED SERIOUSLY I WILL TAKE FURTHER STEPS REGARDING THESE PEOPLE.
