Not doing anything
I have received SMS's from your offices that my account is outstanding and need to resolve. However, in previous communication with your offices on the 16/07/2015 it was confirmed that the property was sold, and my account needs to be corrected by the City of JHB. WHY THE HELL HAS THIS NOT BEEN RESOLVED???? YOU ARE RUINING MY CREDIT REPUTATION!!!<br> To make matters worse I cannot get hold of anyone at your offices, the phones just ring. This is absolutely ridiculous!<br>
