Not advising the credit bureaus to remove me

i am highly annoyed with the way certain places work I have paid up my spitz account in 2015 and Joyce sent me a paid up letter which stated that my records will be removed once account has been settled I am still seen as a slow payer that's really messed up as now I cant buy a car or apply for credit as im seen as a bad payer what the **** is that...<br> your letter stated that my amount is paid in full when I called TranSunion I get told this only gets removed after 2 years seriously that's bull ****...<br> you keeping people behind in life with this ****ed up mess you created and I would like it to be solved URGENTLY
