Nonchalant and Unprofessional MBD.
It has been 4 weeks requesting a comprehensive statement. First two weeks they promised 48 hours and then I had to send an email to the supervisor and all people I once complained to about the same issue. Others still on leave but no help was given. I call and they answer but later they hang-up deliberately for more than four times this has happened. And they will want to charge an extra fee for late payment . Unprofessional and nonchalant type of service!
