Non-existant Assistance

Hope this helps 🫣… I have been contacting MBD via phone & email provided multiple times for assistance only to receive non. I still do not have the amount even mentioned that I requested to settle the account. I have been asking for a statement to be sent & the incorrect email was captured on the system. I phoned in again today only to find out this is the case. The consultant then also promised to send the required but I still haven’t received it. I have now spoken to multiple people answering the phone. Yet another day past without feedback or a statement. When they want to make irritable calls they are quick to do so, but when they have to get back to you the company is non existent. The company wants the client to settle the account but can’t even provide information to do so - ridiculous. Once again I am asking for this to settle the account as the company is now costing me credibility due to either incompetency or the lack of interest in assisting clients.
