No Updated Statement (***)

We had a Emfuleni acc which I made a arrangement on with them, and before I knew we were handed over to MBD Inc, I made a total of three payments into the account that Emfuleni provided to me, but two of the payments is not reflecting on my statement, we have requested numerous time to please update our statement so that we know what to pay, I have emailed my proof of payments to MBD Inc and everytime they promise to send it trough so that our statement can be update, a week later we get a phone call from them again to make a payment and every time we need to go through the same story over and over they confirm that they do see our proof of payments but keep ons harassing us to make payments, I have said this a million times I don't mind making a payment, end of Feb i wanted to settle my account but I refuse to make a payment if my statement is not correctly updated, i am so sick of repeating myself to the hundreds of people that already phoned us from MBD Inc, i am asking a simple thing just update my statement or stop phoning me or I will just take this matter to the law society. I have spoken to Lorain this morning again, your people always gets rude or drop the phone in my ear
