I am finding it so difficult to understand I went to submit certified ID document and death certificate of my late mother at truworths in vangate mall, now letter has been sent involving my late father who died 20 years back on the 15 of Feb, he has nothing to do with this account why not address Mrs AN W why also put my dad Nathiema Abass you so disrespectful, Absa used to be the executor but they are stepping down as I could not afford to pay the shortfall of 96 988.94 so to answer your question no one is the executor I must still deal with this matter with the masters of the court and still early as my mom passed on 23 of Jan, reason I went to report its because I know she owes Truworths so I don't know who will pay the account, she is late I didn't not keep quite I did announce her death to all shops she owes just give me a break please I watched her dying from cancer in such a traumatic way just leave me alone.
