No statements for owing balance BEWARE

we have been paying as per arrangement but we cannot get a single statement for owing balance from you people , my emails go deleted every time by your people and i know because i get a receipt for the email being deleted. How are people supposed to keep track of the accounts and owing balances

I will take take to court if necessary
