No statement on request
I requested a detailed statement from them a few times now & am waiting since December 2017. I asked them to stop with their sms harassment & still it keeps going on. Every time they put a track on my bank account 5 days before the debit order date & then my bank deducts money from me as if it is a returned debit order as there was not funds. I need a full statement urgently or must I stop my payments before I will get one?

22 Jun 2018, 10:26I received a mail with a statement and it was stated that "Kindly be advised the account has been excluded from being tracked. " I informed them to stop sms as well, guess what - today I receive a sms about payment due 30 June and account will be tracked from 25th. What now????? Can I invoice MBD for my bank fees due to their tracking???
