No settlement sent after numerous promises.

I have an Edgar's acc handed to mbd, I have been greeting numerous calls from your collection agents and I then requested a settlement letter ask that I can finally pay up this account. Let me say since last week Friday I have not received this letter and again on Wednesday I was promised to receive that letter before COB but u still dis not get it, guess what again today I got a call and the lady verified my details and promised to send me the letter even now I'm still waiting.is the debt written off and if so can I please get the clearance on my bureau because clearly you dont want me to settle it....I needed to send the document somewhere to get assistance with settlement asap bit I'm here left to hang dry just to get the settlement. How do I settle the regards account handed over to your company, help an angry customer
