No settlement letter
I was offered a settlement amount by Arthur Monchu who was harassing me daily before payment. I made the payment. I have been asking for settlement letter ever since. It's been 14 months now. It's so annoying that they harass you then disappear on you like that. No calls are answered. No response to emails either. It's so unfair. 1 needs emotional strength when dealing with MBD.
