No settlement letter

My Virgin Active account was handed over to MBD Attorneys. In January I made an arrangement of paying monthly via debit order. In April they deducted the last payment. I tried calling the call goes to an answering machine asking me to leave my name and number. But up until today no one has called me. <br> <br> Today I sent an email as well. I would like to request the following. <br> <br> Paid up letter<br> Confirmation that no amount will be debited off my account.<br> And I would like to know how long will it take for the account to be updated on ITC
