So, you were quick to call me on a daily base reminding me that I have to pay, now that I am paid up you refuse to send me my letter confirming that my account is paid up. I made several call to your customer support, promising that I will receive before COB, I send several mails requesting without any reply. I already lost on a promotion due to your lack off service, well I cant actually say lack off service because there is none. I see on all the other complaints you reply with the same message the whole time, most properly a automatic reply. If I don't get any response within the next 24 hours I will have no other option but to take this matter further.
