NO service

<p>I have been paying my 2 standard bank accounts since last year with MBD attorneys. One of which they needed proof of payment for n few months to be deducted frim the balance which i faxed through 3 months ago. They then talked me into a debit order. BIGGEST mistake of my life. I instructed them to take the debit order on the 28th of every month. Yet they are tracking it from the 23rd of every month causing me to get a bad name at the bank and extra charges as there arent funds in that time of the month . I have contacted them consecutively for a week now. Firstly to find out if they received my proof of payments and if they deducted it from my balance and to get my outstanding balancing and to instruct them to cancel the debit orders as i will pay them cash from now on. For the past week every time i phone the voice recording says we are experiancing hi call volumes and cannot take your call. I leave a message to contact me and nothing. But NOT suprisingly at all the calls are not being answered because the uneducated people working for this firm are taking selfies the whole day all day as per their facebook page. very professional dont you think? I would like a supervisor to contact me as all the complaints about this company are very worrying and i am hesitant to pay another sent</p>
