No Response to Emails

I have sent numerous emails since February with proof of payment after they've debited in my bank account, no response on any of the emails. But I still get SMSs, and phone calls which get dropped when you try to answer. There is no professionalism at all with this company. I just called a few minutes ago, the call didn't go through there was a voice message yet it's not even a public holiday.
