No response on request for refund

Accidentally overpaid MBD Attorneys with R854-53. Called them om 01 November 2017 and informed to email ********** Sent email. Still waiting on confirmation that my email was actually read and actions put into motion to do the refund. By 6 November 2017 I sent another email, this time to ********** regarding my refund querie and some indication that is being attended to. To date, I have received no notification or indication that MBD is actually attending to this. Today 10 November I called again, only to be referred back to queries... ********** 705 ........ No answer.

You guys are useless in communication and processes. 2 months already I have logged a request for a refund for an account that I have repaid in full, and by mistake overpaid to the amount of R854-53. I phoned during Dec and was informed due to backlog, refunds will only be done during Jan 2018. Up to date I have received no communication or notification that any refund will ever happen on this. This only brings me to one conclusion - that is that MBD are *****s and have ****** my money! You are welcome to prove me wrong by making the refund payment - and I will gladly retract the statement.
