No Response = No Payments Will Be Made
<p>I have tried numerous times to call your company and no one ever answers. I have tried numerous times via e-mail to Dineo Moeketsi, Linda and Enquiries and no response there either. How do you expect people to contact you just to get a settlement amount and to confirm amounts??????? I am due to make a payment on 30/07 and I want to settle this debt on this date. I will not make any payments until I receive the full amount which needs to be paid. I also need confirmation that I'll get a letter to confirm this account has been paid in full once payment has been received. I do not take calls from 8am-5pm there for a response to my mail would suffice.</p>

Why are you not truthful? No-one has even tried to contact me telephonically nor by e-mail! The complaint has not even been dealt with and I will not make any payments until I have an e-mail regarding this and I will be going to the ombudsmen now as you are posting that this complaint has been addressed and resolved amicably - which is not true at all!
