I have been sending email upon emails to these people and was personally rep**** to and I resent an email to Ntebaleng whom works in customer to get back to me and I have heard nothing after sending multiple emails

I have had no reply from none of your consultants. I called in the last two weeks exhausting my airtime and all your support consultants advised that they will call back and not one of them does that. I have sent emails regarding this to no avail. I am appalled at the level of service your company has provided
