No Response
I contacted you for NSFAS and set up a debit order. You never deducted the agreed amount. I sent a few emails and still no response. I asked for banking details, but all I get is threatening sms's about how I am failing to make payments.
You are the worst to deal with. Even if you try to co-operate you are told you are not committed to the agreement. I will not call you again only to be put on hold for half an hour.

Can anyone respond to an e-mail? I have been told now that I have not been paying my NSFAS. I have sent the last 6 month's proof of payments to every possible e-mail address with no response and the money has still not been allocated. I sent them to NSFAS as well. Can I please have an address to send them to where it will be dealt with as I don't see the point in paying if the money gets lost
