No response

I have sent the same e-mail more than 10 times to MDB requesting a change to information as well as a statement. To date I have not received any response. I have also added a delivery and read receipt on these e-mails, and despite the system confirming the delivery and the opening of the e-mails, no response.<br> <br> But, I do het sms's every month and they do not have any issue in calling.<br> <br> I think their clients need to know what level of service, or sorry lack of service they are providing.
