no reply from mbd
good day..my getbucks acccount was declared as paid up by cyber on 01 august 2017. currently the getbucks account is still reflecting on my experian credit report. experian required a paid up letter from getbucks which i requested. now getbucks rep**** stating that the account was sold to mbd. mbd is not replying and this is extremely stressfull.

09 Jan 2020, 12:53is there any legal steps i can take against mbd for not forwarding my paid up credentials to credit listings..withholding this information since 2017 amd now they are not responding to calls and mails for 3 days now....anu assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated
