No reply by RCS on request of proof of interest rate applicable and accepted on loan

The comment below has reference. 1)Firstly you rep**** with an OFFICIAL BUSINESS REPLY that the matter has been solved which is a total lie. 2)A few months ago RCS told me the proof of interest rate on my loan is with MBD Inc. I spoke to MBD Inc and they referred me back to RCS who they said have the proof and acceptance of the interest rate. No proof since. 3) RCS refuse to reply on my further correspondence please accept this correspondence of an intention not to pay another instalment untill you resolve my request - There is a possibility that if I keep on paying RCS may owe me money and if you don't even respond on a request on the interest rate why do you recommend that I should believe you will respond on a request for repayment? Thank you for your above reply. You contacted me telephonically and was going to find the agreed information as present it to me. I am at a loss to understand how you can write to say that the complaint has been resolved. That is absolutely not true. Please present the agreed contract or acceptance of the interest rate to finally settle the complaint. This the proper and only way. If you charge 31% interest at the moment, please provide me with proof of documentation that you have the right to do that. Thank you. Mari.
