No regard for customers

I logged a complaint a month ago and still nothing!!! How can you let your customers suffer like this? I emailed Johanna Mhlongo and Vuyiswa Tshibo and they just push my query back and forth very unprofessionally while I am cc'd in on the emails. How do you run a business? Yet I sit, trying my utmost to clear my credit score and because you don't know how to do your jobs, I am now seriously affected! No one even bothered to call me. Seriously, DISGUSTING!
