No proof of payment

I made two payments towards the account but MBD said it did not reflect in their side I've sent countless emails with proof of payments since March. The only thing you will hear is the matter has be escalated, I now I have paid up the whole amount owing I can't seem to get ahold of them. If only there was a negative star
