No paperwork received
<p>I had my Standard Bank account handed over at the beginning of the year. The account was settled with MBD Inc on 3rd February 2016 via direct debit order off of my account. I have tried since then to receive my paid up letter as according to Standard Bank it wasn't sent and according to MBD they have sent it. Either way I require my letter and never get it!!</p>
