NO PAID UP LETTER OR REMOVAL ON CREDIT PROFILE
I have been waiting since October 2023 for my paid up or settlement letter and for this company to be removed from my credit profile! I keep on calling sent from pillar to post and promises that the above will be done. These people are making things difficult for me. Please help!
