NO PAID UP LETTER NO HELP!!!

Whoever owns this company please employ new people or sell your company!!! This is disgusting service I'm receiving and no one is willing to take accountablilty and help me! The markhams account was paid up 7 days ago and they told me I will receive paid up letter within two days. I went to the store to check and it still shows I'm owing R2900 and I have calledd this company 8 times and the customer services directly three times. They tell me they can pick up the account is paid up although they can't clear it with credit berau and they can not close this account as markhams gave them instructions not to close accounts as they are having system problems from JAN!! So when will this get sorted out, 2 years time??!! I need to apply for credit this is not acceptable!! I am looking for answers NOW!!!!
