No paid up letter, No credit bureaus update
How hard can it be for one to get a paid up letter, honestly ! It has been 2 months women still nagging you guys over this. This is the only account that’s affecting my credit score negatively. I have given you guys plenty of time to rectify this. Your service is appalling, every time I contact your call center I’m told to wait, I have been waiting, for 2 ****** months
