No Paid Up Letter and Bad Service

If zero star was possible that's what I would rate them. They are useless lairs. I paid the amount due on 25th March 2022 ***. I have been asking for the paid up letter since then and keep on asking but have not received the paid up letter yet. They keep lying to me when I call. What else must I do to get the letter?
