No paid up letter a year after settling your balance

Call you from 7am in the morning which is outside of the legal allowed time, by the courts to call you for collection. Call up to 3 times a day, Changing numbers, even after you've made an arrangement and have not defaulted. After settling the debt, it's impossible to get a paid up letter to clear your name. It's almost a month since I started requesting a woolworths paid up letter. Every time I've Called I was promised I'd receive it but to date have had no email from them. They don't respond to emails either. Why bother settling the debt if you remain listed because of not having a paid up letter🤷♀️
