NO PAID UP LETTER

A few weeks ago, I paid of my truworths account with MBD attorneys. I was told that I would receive the paid up letter within 48 hours, once I have paid of the account. I did not receive it. I called the call center again, I was told that it would take another week, still I did not receive it. On the 20/02/2015 at 17:53 I spoke to Rachel, the consultant at MBD and she promised that I would get it on Saturday. I am still waiting for that letter. I have been **** to so many times. I am very disappointed in the way MBD conducts their businesss.
